Information regarding the processing of personal data

The administrator processes personal data of:

  • Users,
  • Newsletter subscribers,
  • Individuals contacting the administrator using the form.

User data is processed to enable the proper functioning of the basesoc.com website and to tailor the administrator’s offer to the user’s needs, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, where processing is based on the user’s consent given during the acceptance of cookie file configurations usually during the first visit to the website. Such consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, and its withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. This data will be processed until the cookie file settings are changed or until they are deleted. Providing data is voluntary.

Newsletter subscribers’ data is processed for marketing purposes via electronic means (Newsletter), based on the expressed consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) during subscription. This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, and its withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. Newsletter subscriber data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive the newsletter.

Data of individuals contacting the administrator using the form is processed to provide them with answers to their questions, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, consisting of responding to inquiries and defending against potential claims. The data will be processed for the time it takes to provide an answer to the question, plus the period of limitation for any potential claims. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive a response from the administrator.

Data transfer

Personal data may be transferred to IT service providers, entities providing marketing services, server colocation service providers, law firms, and public authorities, if required by law.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, in the scope specified by the GDPR and the limitations indicated therein, you have the following rights:

  • The right to access data and obtain their copies,
  • The right to rectify (correct) data,
  • The right to erase data, restrict data processing,
